Who We Are
Liberty Rising is a coalition of liberty-minded Georgians who are ready to build a credible alternative to the broken two-party system. We are disaffected Libertarians, independents, and young people who are done waiting for the old parties to deliver real solutions.
We’re not here to tinker around the edges. We’re here to change the conversation.
Liberty Rising works to strengthen the Libertarian Party of Georgia and give voice to the ideas of limited government, personal responsibility, and free markets because those are the principles that lead to prosperity and peace.

What We Stand For
We don’t believe in top-down control. We believe in people solving problems locally, voluntarily, and efficiently—without bureaucratic interference.
Our Core Principles:
Individual Liberty
You own your life. That includes your speech, your property, your decisions, and your future. The government’s job is to protect that, not regulate it.
Free Enterprise
Free markets create wealth. Licensing laws, overregulation, and central planning do not. We support policies that encourage entrepreneurship and eliminate barriers to entry, especially for working-class and minority Georgians.
Limited, Accountable Government
Government is a tool, not a master. It should be transparent, restrained, and strictly limited to protecting rights, not redistributing wealth or managing people’s lives.
Non-Intervention
We oppose endless wars and over-policing. Military action and force must be limited to defending against real threats, not projecting power or protecting special interests.
What We’re Fighting For
We’re focused on real, concrete reforms that make a difference in Georgians’ daily lives:

| Education | Fund students, not systems. Support school choice and innovation. |
| Taxes | Lower and simplify taxes. Keep more money in the hands of those who earn it. |
| Civil Liberties | Defend free speech, privacy, and the right to self-defense. |
| Immigration | Respect individual rights. Oppose dehumanizing policies and mass bureaucracy. |
| Personal Autonomy | Decriminalize victimless acts. End state control over private choices. |
These are not radical ideas—they’re practical solutions grounded in respect for the individual and proven principles.
